Are devices and charging cables included?
The charging station includes the rack, a U.S. power strip, assembly tools and instructions. Devices, device chargers, charging cables and display accessories are not included. Check your device and case dimensions before ordering.
Does the suggestion box need assembly?
Yes. The box includes a stand, acrylic sign holder, four casters, four suction cups, two keys and assembly hardware. Choose the base option that suits your indoor space.
Can schools and organizations order multiple units?
Yes. Send an order inquiry with the product, quantity and delivery ZIP code. Include any device-fit questions or preferred delivery date so we can help you plan.
Where do you ship, and when will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous U.S. 48 states and Washington, D.C. Estimated delivery is 3–7 days after you place your order, including processing.
