30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered.

How to request a return

Email support@kaznyika.com with your order number and the reason for your return. For a quality issue, please describe the problem and include photos if available.

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs

• For returns that are not related to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For returns related to a product quality issue, Kaznyika will cover return shipping costs. Contact us so we can arrange the return.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Refunds for accepted returns are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
