Check the complete device, its case and its charger before choosing a rack. Screen size alone does not establish fit, and a USB Type-C connector alone does not establish charging compatibility.
1. Make an inventory of the devices
List each laptop or tablet model, the quantity and whether it stays in a protective case. If several teams share the rack, include their largest device and bulkiest case in the check. Think about whether all devices need separate positions at the same time.
2. Measure the device as it will be stored
Measure width, height and thickness with the case fitted. Include handles, hinges, covers and any other protruding parts. Check where the charging connector sits and leave enough room to insert and remove it without bending the cable sharply.
The Kaznyika CDZ-16 is designed for devices with screens up to 15.6 inches, but actual device and case dimensions still matter. Its overall rack dimensions are 20.5 inches wide × 14 inches deep × 16.2 inches high. These are the rack's outside dimensions, not the usable dimensions of one slot.
3. Plan the divider arrangement
The CDZ-16 has 15 removable U-shaped dividers forming 16 numbered slots. Removing dividers can create wider spaces for a different device mix, but it reduces the number of separate positions. Do not assume that 16 bulky cases will fit simply because the rack has 16 standard slots.

4. Count charging connections separately
The included power strip has 12 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB Type-C ports. Sixteen storage positions are not sixteen AC connections. If every laptop needs an AC adapter, plan around the 12 AC outlets and the space occupied by the adapter bodies.
Check the device manufacturer's charging requirements, your charger and cable specifications, and the power strip's supplied ratings and instructions. Do not assume a particular USB wattage, fast-charging protocol or laptop charging capability from the connector shape. Use suitable equipment within its stated ratings.
5. Check the furniture and daily workflow
Choose a stable surface that can support the assembled rack and your equipment. Allow access for removing devices, routing cables and reaching the power strip. Keep ventilation paths clear and route cables so they do not obstruct a walkway.
For an office or training room, assign positions to device IDs. For a classroom or institution, choose a return routine that staff can explain consistently. The rack is open storage; if your workplace needs restricted access, consider the room's access arrangements separately.
What you need to supply
The CDZ-16 includes the rack, power strip, assembly tools and instructions. Assembly is required. Devices, device chargers, charging cables and display accessories are not included.
