2. Plan capacity and access
Match the box to the volume of forms, feedback cards or donations you expect between collections. TPX-01 has an 11.5 L collection box and a keyed lock with two keys. Assign the keys to the people responsible for collecting submissions. A locking collection box is not a cash safe; choose a collection and storage process appropriate to what you accept.
3. Make the purpose clear
Use a short, specific sign such as “Employee Suggestions,” “Visitor Feedback” or “Donations.” TPX-01 has a changeable acrylic sign holder and two side pockets for organizing paper materials. Use slips or cards that pass freely through the opening; do not force thick or oversized items through the slot.

4. Select a base option and establish a routine
TPX-01 includes four casters and four suction cups as alternative base options. Choose the appropriate option for your indoor surface and follow the assembly instructions. Suction cups require a suitable smooth surface.
